Changes to the Washington Nonprofit Handbook
In July 2018, the Washington Nonprofit Handbook will be getting a much-needed update. The handbook, which was released in 2009, is an all-encompassing guide for nonprofits that covers everything from broad topics like formation and maintenance of a nonprofit corporate to more specific issues like employment guidelines and rules regarding intellectual property.
Our very own Judy Andrews is the primary editor of next month’s update to the handbook. It is a free resource that can be accessed through the Washington Secretary of State’s website, so if you would like to see what has been updated for yourself, click here to access the handbook.
