About Me
I am a seasoned professional with deep expertise in technology, law, and intellectual property management. I began my career as a software engineer at Control-C Software in 1986, followed by a role at Mentor Graphics Corporation (now Siemens EDA) from 1987 to 1991. I later held program management and marketing positions at Microsoft Corporation from 1992 to 1999. After earning my law degree, I co-founded AM MobileApps, LLC, operating as Direct Sales Mobile, a mobile software company where I remain actively engaged.
Throughout my career, I have spearheaded the drafting, preparation, and review of contracts for Software as a Service (SaaS) businesses, including AM EnterpriseApps, LLC, and Direct Sales Mobile. In 2011, my leadership drove the pioneering launch of enterprise mobile apps in the direct sales industry. I have also managed contract oversight for both domestic and overseas Contractor Development Teams, handling employment and contractor agreements with precision.
Additionally, I have directed the intellectual property protection strategy for Direct Sales Mobile, culminating in the development of Machine Learning IP in 2020, positioning the company as an early innovator in AI technology. My multifaceted background and strategic vision enhance my contributions as co-counsel.

Throughout my career, I have taken the lead in drafting, preparing, and reviewing contracts for Software as a Service (SaaS) businesses, specifically for AM EnterpriseApps, LLC, and AM MobileApps, LLC, operating as Direct Sales Mobile, which I co-own. In 2011, we pioneered the launch of enterprise mobile apps in the direct sales industry.
I have also handled contract management for both employment and contractor agreements, overseeing both overseas and domestic Contractor Development Teams.
