Amy Whiting Riedel, Associate

Amy’s practice focuses on business and transactional matters, including corporate formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and debt financing, securities compliance, as well as related litigation issues. Amy also devotes a portion of her practice to working with non-profits and socially minded for-profit entities. Prior to law school, Amy worked as corporate and securities paralegal for four years.
